How to lose belly fat while you watch tv
How to lose belly fat while you watch tv
How to lose belly fat? People often ask me to show them a way how to lose belly fat.
What they are looking for is generally the easiest way to lose belly fat with as little work as possible.
If you stick will show you how to lose belly fat better and more efficient. Heck, its simple, that you can even do while watching your favorite TV show sooooo! In fact, watching TV can help the time pass much more quickly and the exercise gets easier.
I have I got your attention? Great, I thought so! :) Stick around cos here is the easiest way to lose belly fat:
Eat healthily
When your mother told you to eat your Greens, she wasnt just doing it to nag ... Well, maybe just a little) In any case, the fact is that getting a lot of fibrous green vegetables is an essential part of helping you lose fat.
Vegetables like broccoli, asparagus, green beans and lettuce contain almost no calories and are a great slow-release carbs.
Reduce Stress
Stress has been linked to the onset of excess fat, especially belly fat. The increased blood supply in the abdominal area, combined with more receptors for cortisol, the stress hormone causes fat deposits more than when you are not under stress. Reducing the stress in your daily life style in combination with some vigorous exercise that will go some way to helping themselves to lose belly fat. And what might be less stressful to watch TV?)
Exercises
Hey, you dont think you were going to get away with it did you? Dont worry these are easy. Make sure you do a routine stretching before and after exercise, this will help prevent injuries and was always muscular tensions. Aerobic/cardiovascular exercises are the best to help you lose belly fat, so approach these exercises with the idea of working a bit of a sweat.
-Jogging on the spot
You can start by marching in place and when you feel ready only begin to pick up the pace until youre jogging on the spot. Create change by raising the knees up for short periods and then try to kick your ass with your heels. This will increase flexibility and also break the monotony.
-Standing jumping jacks
Also known as Star jumps, these are a great little aerobic workout. It is not surprising that are a standard part of military exercise. Start with 10 and do an extra 1 or 2 each session. It doesnt seem much at first, but over the course of a year that will be well over 200.
-Crunch
OK, I know these arent strictly aerobic exercises but they are so good for muscle strength and toning that I thought were worth mentioning here. Combined with some good cardiovascular exercise they will help you lose belly fat.
To perform crunches, lie on your back with your hands behind your head, knees bent and feet on the floor.
Raise your head and shoulders 3 inches from the floor and hold for one second. Dont pull on your head like that will put stress on your neck and back; the effort should be from your abdominal muscles. When you hold this position, you can try to squeeze the abdominals; This work the muscles even harder and help their tone more quickly. For an alternative, you can also rotate the shoulder so that it points to the opposite knee and hold for one second. Lower back down to the floor and repeat on other side. This will help to define and work your obliques-the muscles of your abdomen.
